- Upper: lightweight breathable canvas with a printed panel on both shoes
- Sole: cushioned rubber outsole with a padded insole for all-day wear
- Closure: standard lace-up with a reinforced eyelet row
- Custom text: name and number printed on the side panels
- Sizes: US men 6-13 (EU 39-47.5), foot length 9.6-11.9 in. Between two sizes? Take the larger one.

Send the name and number after you order. We send a mockup back before production starts.
Care
Wipe the uppers with a damp cloth and mild soap, air dry away from direct heat. Do not machine wash.

30 days from delivery
You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.

Items that are damaged after delivery through normal wear, or requested after the 30-day window, are not eligible for return.

Send your order number and the reason for the return to support.

We email a free prepaid return label within 1 business day. Download and print it.
Pack the item
Repack the item securely in its original packaging with tags attached.
Drop it off
Leave the package at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location.
Refund or exchange
We process your refund or exchange within 2 business days after inspection.

Cancelling an order
Because every item is produced upon order, cancellations must be requested before production begins. If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible with your order number.
- Cancellation requested before production starts: full refund
- Cancellation requested after the item has entered production: it may no longer be possible to cancel, as the item is already being made to order
- Refunds for approved cancellations are processed within 2 business days
